Elements of PPR pipe processing technology realization

To address the issue with previous extruders, the current invention aims to offer an improved extruder design for manufacturing PPR pipes. This new extruder is positioned above the extrusion port, ensuring that the pipe forming process remains straight and accurate. By directing the extruded PPR pipe straight down from the port, it retains its rod-like shape with high temperature, a soft structure, and strong deformation resistance. During the forming and cooling stages, the PPR pipe may undergo slight internal deformation, making it challenging to meet the size standard for the inner diameter of the pipe. However, with this innovative extruder, the resulting PPR pipe maintains its straightness and shape, overcoming the deformation issue encountered in the past.

 

The present invention addresses the technical issue of incorporating a conveyor belt and a cardboard box. To achieve this, waist-shaped rollers are symmetrically positioned at both ends of the inner ring of the conveyor belt. These rollers are mounted on one side using bearings, while a horizontally arranged sliding table is provided in the middle part of the inner ring of the belt.

 

Moreover, a ppr pipe extruder is fixed at the front end on the left side of the sliding table. Positioned above the conveyor belt, the ppr pipe extruder has its pipe extrusion port at the right end. Additionally, a right support rib is fixed close to the upper end of the sliding table's right side.

 

At the front end of the ppr pipe extrusion port, two parallel threaded shafts are installed through bearings. These shafts protrude from the left end of the ppr pipe extruder and have bevel teeth at their front ends. The bevel teeth of the two threaded shafts rotate synchronously through a drive shaft, which is equipped with a gear in the middle. Furthermore, a servo motor is attached to the left end of the ppr pipe extruder near the gear. This servo motor drives the rotation of the gear.

 

To summarize, the present invention aims to address a technical problem involving the integration of a conveyor belt, cardboard box, waist-shaped rollers, a sliding table, and a ppr pipe extruder with threaded shafts and a drive mechanism.
